Each week, I will send recipes and a shopping list for as many or as few meals as you would like. I can help customize the recipes by tools you have, what your picky eaters will enjoy, and how many leftovers you want so you don’t have to make lunches.

Eat healthier.

Every recipe is under 1,000 calories and most include at least one serving of vegetables. If you’re focusing on your macros or on tracking vitamin and mineral intake, I have nutrition labels for each recipe. Enjoy eating healthier without giving up flavor!

These meal delivery options are great, and I’ve used most of them. But what I didn’t get from them was variety in flavor, a meal planning routine, or the knowledge of what food prices were reasonable. I was spending $120 a week on meal delivery, plus groceries for the other 3 days of the week, and was unsatisfied with what I ate.
